How do we market our listings? Where do we advertise? The majority of buyers are looking online for real estate before calling an agent. We use a variety of marketing tools to promote our listings, depending on the listing agent, type of property, and location. Advertising and promotional sources may include: Temple-Belton MLS, Fort Hood MLS, Waco MLS, realtor.com, jirasekrealty.com, landsoftexas.com, landwatch.com, landandfarm.com, openfences.com, templesource.com, Temple Source Magazine, tdthomes.com, loopnet.com, ccimnet.com, costar.com, texaswideopenforbusiness.com, realup.com, texascie.com, cimls.com, totalcommercial.com, countryhomesoftexas.com, Facebook, postlets.com, classified ads, newspapers, yard signs, brochure boxes, flyers, email, etc. In addition they may carry over into Temple-Telegram.com, or zillow.com through other various syndication and feeds.
